Application Engineer

(1) APPLICATION ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for software products
  • Provide technical training to customers for software products
  • Perform product demonstrations for software products at customer sites
  • Present software products at seminars, trade shows and exhibitions
  • Responsible for supporting the sales team on the sales of specific software products
  • Learning and supporting new products
  • Ownership on customer’s satisfaction

Key Requirements

  • Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred
  • Experience in CAD/CAM/CAE applications
  • Experience in technical software sales an added advantage
  • Familiar with the Design and Manufacturing process
  • Team player
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Occasional travelling required

  • Expand client base and maintain existing accounts through excellent customer service
  • Develop sales strategies, new markets
  • Support and training from a dedicated team of sales

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree (Mechanical Engineering Degree an added advantage)
  • Sales experience in technical products an advantage
  • Proven SALES track record
  • Knowledge in CAD/CAM/CAE, PLM an advantage
